Don't have a Parent Portal account? Follow these two easy steps...
FIRST: Request a Portal ID Number
Request a portal ID number number for your student(s) by filling out all of the information on the application.
Only online applications will be accepted for the 2010-11 school year.
A portal ID number will be emailed as an attachment (PDF) within 10 working days from receipt of application.
SECOND: Register with txConnect's Parent Portal
Once you receive your portal ID number, register as a new user with Parent Portal.
To successfully register, you must provide a valid Portal ID number. Users cannot register using a student's school ID number. A portal ID number is between 6-10 digits long and is composed of both letters and numbers (example: Hk198Rc5). A portal ID number is different from the school issued ID number, which is between 4-6 digits long and is composed by numbers only (example: 012345).

Login Tips
User Names: Parent portal operators cannot retrieve or reset user names. Write down your user name and keep it in a safe location. If you forget your user name, re-register as a new user by following the instructions under the "New User" section. A valid Parent Portal ID number is required.
Passwords: Parent portal operators cannot retrieve or reset passwords. Write down your password and keep it in a safe location. Passwords can only be reset by the account holder. Follow the instructions under the "Forgot your Password" section. A valid user name and email account are required.
Expired Accounts: Accounts usually expire after 90 days if not used. To prevent an account from expiring, reset your password before the 90 day mark.
