    Second Option: Cooperative Approved Vendors

    Third Option: Inter-Local Contracts and Sole Source Providers
    Certain vendors may be available through inter-local contracts between Elgin ISD and other entities, or as sole source providers who meet specific legal and policy requirements. Contact the Purchasing Director, Roberto Vasquez, at (512) 285-9226.

     

    Fourth Option: Inter-Term Vendor Approval
    The district adds vendors to its vendor lists on a quarterly basis (Quarterly Catalog Bid Posting Schedule). In the event an employee needs goods and services from a vendor other than those listed above that cannot be postponed until the next contractual bid opening, the employee will need to complete and submit the Inter-Term Vendor Approval Form.
