What if a student does not bring their iPad? The student will then need to check in that iPad with me.  This could happen before school, after school, or lunch. 


    What if a student has a missing or broken part?  All students received a letter concerning the iPad pick up with the most recent progress report.  On that letter, the fees for broken or missing parts are listed.  If they know that a part will need to be replaced, they can bring check (made to EISD) or cash on the day of pick up.  These parts will be replaced during the summer. 


    What if a student’s iPad is broken? If a student’s iPad is broken, please have them turn it in immediately.  There is a $50 deductible that needs to be paid for the repair.  I would rather know about the broken iPads before pick up day, then the day of. 


    What if a student does not turn in an iPad? iPads not turned in will have a police report filed, and will be expected to pay the replacement cost of $379.  If the iPad is lost or stolen then a parent will need to file a police report and pay a $100 deductible at that time.

    Should I meet my class down there? Or bring after they tardy bell?  Please meet your classes down at the library on your scheduled pick up time.  When there begin the pickup procedure as listed above.  This will maximize the time, and allow for a more orderly and easy pickup time. 


    Am I am able to keep my iPad and laptop during the summer? At this time, teachers and staff will be able to use their iPads and laptops during the summer.   If that changes or any procedures are handed down, I will tell you.  If you are not returning next year, plan on turning in your technology at the end of the year.
