Elgin ISD has introduced a way for community members to engage with district leaders — and for the district to better serve the community. REACH the E, an online customer service and communication solution, is now available on the district’s website.

By launching REACH the E, we’ve created an easy way for the community to enter into conversations with district leaders. We want our community members to know that we’re listening, and we care about what they have to say.

With REACH the E, anyone can submit a question, comment, concern, suggestion, or compliment 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer, tablet, or smart phone.

To start a conversation, simply click the REACH the E on the Elgin ISD’s website and select a topic. There is also an app for iOS and Android devices called LET’S TALK created by K12 Insight. After downloading the LET’S TALK app, users can enter the district’s ID number (EI1631) to access the app.
