Observation Hours
Elgin ISD student teachers have the opportunity to apply for our residency program. This selective residency draws student teachers from university programs, offering participants a sign-on bonus, full benefits, a year of guaranteed teacher service, and access to the educator housing discounts available to all Round Rock ISD employees.
Please note: Education students who must observe classroom instruction before qualifying for clinical teaching or PreService Residency.
