Leadership Development Programs
- Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA):
Earn significantly higher pay while staying in the classroom. Three designation levels (Recognized, Exemplary, Master)
reward teaching excellence.
- Texas State University Leadership Program:
Pursue graduate degrees and principal certification through our partnership with Texas State University.
- Assistant Principals Academy:
Five sessions throughout the year prepare assistant principals to step confidently into campus leadership roles. Each session blends practical strategies with real-world scenarios, giving participants the tools to lead with clarity and purpose. By year's end, they'll walk away with a stronger leadership toolkit and a network of peers to lean on along the way..
