Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)

Elgin ISD is excited to share that we are participating in the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program through the Texas Education Agency. The TIA, created by the Texas Legislature as part of House Bill 3, provides a pathway for outstanding teachers to earn six-figure salaries while helping districts attract and retain highly effective educators—especially in traditionally hard-to-staff schools.
