Our professional development series equips educators with practical tools and research-based strategies to support Emergent Bilingual students across content areas. Trainings have included:

  • Translanguaging and Bridging Practices that connect directly to the Texas Reading Academies Biliteracy Pathway.
  • Interactive Bridging & Hands-On Modeling to help teachers leverage both languages strategically for building oral and written proficiency, strengthening vocabulary, and connecting language structures across reading, writing, math, and science.
  • ELPS & TELPAS Success Sessions that provide intensive strategies for supporting students at the lowest proficiency levels, building a foundation for measurable growth in English acquisition.
