About the Program

At Elgin ISD, our Pre-Kindergarten program, located at Elgin Elementary School, is designed with the overarching goal of nurturing the math, language, and social skills of students aged 4-5, preparing them comprehensively for the transition to kindergarten. To cater to the diverse linguistic needs of our students, we currently operate six classrooms where instruction is delivered in Spanish and six classrooms where instruction is conducted in English.
