Help Desk
Elgin ISD employees can request help with any technology related issues by submitting a work order (ticket) through the Help Desk. Email work orders to helpdesk@elginisd.net. Every Technology department member receives the notifications. Sending an email to a single Technology member is not the most efficient way to ask for help.
Please include the following information with your work order:

- Full Name (first and last name)
- Phone Number / Extension
- Campus / Department and Room Number
- Work Order Type and Description
- Please be as specific as possible with your work order
Maintenance Work Orders
- Maintenance and/or Custodian work orders should be submitted through Facilitron.
- Contact the Maintenance and Operations department at (512) 281-9760 for assistance.
- Please do not submit Maintenance / Custodial work orders to the Help Desk.
