      The Board of Trustees of the Elgin Independent School District hereby serves notice that the Elgin ISD Business Office is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing services to the school district. The Competitive Sealed Proposal Packet may be accessed at the links below.       RFCQ # 2020-11: Elgin Intermediate School Furniture
      Elgin Intermediate School (Grades 5th and 6th) will open in the Fall 2020. The campus is an existing facility that has been renovated. Furniture and equipment needs have been divided into four categories as noted below:
      Part A: Classroom Needs
      Part B: Office Needs
      Part C: Additional Furniture Needs
      Part D: Music Program Furniture Needs
      The deadline for vendors to ask questions for clarification is 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 26, 2020. Elgin ISD will respond in one addendum no later than Friday, March 27, 2020. This soliciation is only open to vendors with purchasing cooperative contracts.

      RFCQ # 2020-12: Phoenix High School and DAEP Furniture
      Elgin ISD's alternative high school, Phoenix High School, and the district's DAEP program are relocating to a new 10-room modular building for Fall 2020. The deadline for vendors to ask questions for clarification is 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 26, 2020. Elgin ISD will respond in one addendum no later than Friday, March 27, 2020. This soliciation is only open to vendors with purchasing cooperative contracts.

      RFCQ # 2020-13: Elgin ISD Portable Buildings Purchase
      Elgin ISD is issuing a Request for Cooperative Quotes (“RFCQ”) #2020-13: Elgin ISD Portable Buildings Purchase. The solicitation is only available to manufacturers with current BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative contracts. Elgin ISD is seeking two (2) new portable classroom buildings with restrooms. One two-classroom portable building will be located at Neidig Elementary School; the other two-classroom portable building will be located at BTW Elementary School. The submittal deadline is: Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at 1:00 PM (Central Time).
