School Messenger is the district's automated calling and emailing system to communicate quickly, accurately, and efficiently with the parents/guardians of students and the staff members that make up our school district. Messages to parents may be about upcoming events such as statewide testing, school activities, and information regarding their students’ attendance or grades. Messages are also sent to parents and staff in urgent or emergency situations.
To remove a phone number from the automated call-out system:
- Call (512) 281-3434
- Provide the phone number(s) receiving the unwanted calls
- Provide a reason to have the number removed
- Example: No children at EISD
- All automated calls will be blocked within 24-48 hours
To add or update a phone number (or an email address) to the automated call-out system:
