Elgin ISD is proud to announce the Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. to serve Elgin ISD students, faculty, staff, and the community. Primary care services include acute care (sick visits), chronic illness management, athletic physicals, and preventative health visits such as immunizations. Counseling services are available in individual, group, and family formats to address a number of issues including depression, bullying, trauma, anxiety, substance use, grief, relationship changes, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, self-acceptance, family issues and more.
