Student Transfers
The 2025-2026 Student Transfer application window was open from March 4, 2025 until April 23, 2025.
Transfers to Trinity Ranch Elementary (TRE) will be limited to TRE employees only.
Transfer requests must be received by April 23, 2025. Any transfers submitted after April 15 will be placed on a waiting list and considered for transfer on a case-by-case basis after the start of the 2025-2026 school year. Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee transfer approval.
A separate form must be submitted for each student requesting a transfer.
Once the required documentation is provided to Elgin ISD, the parent/guardian will be notified by May 1 whether the application has been approved or denied.
